Information On Our Partner Activities
Many of the exciting activities on Sal, like quad biking, catamaran rides, and more are organised through trusted local partners. These experiences add extra fun and variety to your trip.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
While these partners strive to provide great service, sometimes delays or issues could happen, such as late arrivals or changes in schedule. Here’s how to handle these situations smoothly:
Be patient and flexible: Delays could occur due to traffic, weather, or local conditions. A calm and understanding approach usually helps the situation.
Stay informed: Check the meeting point and time carefully and arrive a little early to avoid missing the activity.
Keep your booking details handy: This will help you explain your situation if needed.
Communicate politely: The partners are local businesses doing their best. Friendly communication often leads to quicker solutions. We are available through WhatsApp or email if there are any concerns.
Plan some buffer time: If you have multiple activities booked, leave some extra time between them to avoid stress if one runs late.
By confirming your booking you agree to the following :
I)That you the client are entering into a separate contract with the provider of any activities booked, and Sal Trip Tours are not responsible for those services or any accidents or incidents arising from those services.
